We are excited to bring you an opportunity for your child to experience something new and fun….our first ever SILENT DISCO event!

For those who have never heard of these, details here: A silent disco is an event where people dance to music listened to on wireless headphones. Rather than using a speaker system, music is broadcast via a radio transmitter with the signal being picked up by wireless headphone receivers worn by the participants. Those without the headphones hear no music, giving the effect of a room full of people dancing to nothing. The children are in control of which channel of music they listen to (all age appropriate) with 3 channels available during both KS1 and KS2 disco. The KS2 disco music will be different from the KS1 disco. The children can change which channel they listen to by a quick switch on their headphones.

As a result of this not being a standard disco, the PTA will need to know numbers in advance due to needing to ensure that we have sufficient headsets available for all children attending. This opportunity to attend a silent disco is more expensive than a normal disco and therefore for this one event only, the price is payable in advance and is slightly more expensive than what the PTA charge for a normal disco. We hope you will agree that it is money well spent to give your child the experience - we are sure we’ll have lots of excited young people on the night!

All tickets will need to be booked and paid for by Wednesday 27th November 2024.
