ABOUT US

 

The Owlsmoor PTA Committee is made up of key members, all of whom are volunteers. An AGM is held annually, where all are welcome to attend. This is an opportunity to find out what the PTA have raised and where funds are spent.

The AGM is also a requirement from the Charity Commission of England and Wales to re-elect committee members or nominate new ones. 

 

The PTA is a registered charity. It is therefore governed by a Constitution, which is a set of rules on how they operate. In order to run a charity, trustee positions must be held to ensure the charity is properly run and accountable for spending.
